3. Fault response time
(1) Provide 24/7 technical on-site service;
(2) Provide technical personnel on duty services during sensitive periods and major holidays;
(3) Provide 7 * 24-hour on-site fault service acceptance, provide 7 * 24-hour on-site support for major faults, and provide 5 * 8-hour on-site support for general faults;
(4) Achieve 4-hour response during working hours, 6-hour response during non working hours, and on-site service issues arrive within 4 hours;
(5) Spare parts and services: In the event of a major malfunction, provide any spare parts that the system needs to replace.
4. Maintenance and spare parts services
(1) During the warranty period, if any quality problems occur (excluding force majeure such as human damage or natural disasters), our company is responsible for replacing or repairing them completely free of charge (free of all labor costs, material costs, management fees, financial fees, etc.);
